Ben Panter is the Regional Personal Training Manager of East Anglia for One Lifestyle. Ben trains clients in Suffolk and Essex and offers a variety of training methods which are fun, exciting and fulfilling, whilst focusing on getting you the results you require in the shortest amount of time. Ben can train from your home or elsewhere depending on availability. <br />

Being a university graduate and qualified personal trainer, Ben can offer a wide range of services and add variety to his sessions. Typically Ben trains 1-2-1, but can also train in a small group. Ben specialises in helping people looking to lose weight, increase cardio fitness, add definition/tone, increase strength, core stability, flexibility, SAQ and general exercise. Ben has also completed research projects on sports psychology and uses his knowledge to motivate clients.<br />

Ben holds the “Advanced SAQ trainer license” – the highest qualification in speed, agility and quickness and has worked with numerous athletes from different sports to completely transform their game. SAQ is the famous method of training used by all the professional sporting teams and is huge in the States and Australia. Whether its football, rugby, tennis, cricket, SAQ will greatly improve fundamental movement patterns and acceleration. SAQ will be able to meet individual needs, optimise conditioning and unlock potential for all sport and physical activity.<br />

A university graduate with a good honours degree in sports science and professional football coaching makes Ben the ideal candidate to motivate and work closely to achieve all your fitness goals. Previously a football coach with Tottenham Hotspur, Ben has first hand experience of the fitness training methods used at the elite level. <br />
<br />
Ben is a keen believer on monitoring progress and always insists on some basic testing at the start of a programme and measuring on regular intervals to track progression. This is an excellent motivator and is proof that his training methods work!<br />
